How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Just click on the product category you wish to browse, select an item, add it to your cart and checkout.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the carrier till you have updated information.
How do I cancel/change/return my order?
We try our best to process orders as quickly as we receive them. Generally, orders cannot be cancelled once they are received. Keep in mind that personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing or personalization defect. Please review our RETURNS policy for details. Our inventory changes constantly on a daily basis, we try our best for our system to have the most up to date information available. If we encounter that an item is out of stock we will immediately inform you so you can let us know what action you prefer for us to take, whether it be to wait till the item is in stock or to change for another product or color.

How long do I wait before I receive my order?
Good things come to those who wait...we promise!! Since all of our handbags are personalized especially for you, you should receive your order in approximately 3-5 weeks from order date.
Where do you ship?
We ship anywhere within the United States and Puerto Rico. Currently we do not ship internationally or to PO boxes, APO/FPO.
