We make personalization letter perfect... we guarantee it!  We inspect every item for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or that special someone.
We guarantee our personalized bags to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for an exchange for the same item, within 7 days from receipt or order.   Due to the nature of leather materials, our warranty does not cover natural wear and tear from daily love. Worn edges or corners, natural fading and softening of materials is an expected occurrence.  We guarantee the foundation of our product will hold your belongings safely. We find that patches and natural wear are a part of the story that unfolds as your product grows with you.  Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some leather items.  We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a leather handmade item.  Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

 We want you to love your purchase!  We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), so please review your personalization information before submitting your order.  Check spelling on names, initials and last names carefully. 
You are welcomed to email us at alexandandrewbag@outlook.com if you have questions about personalization before placing your order.  Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.
During the busy holiday season, we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.  So please order at least  eight weeks in advance.  Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Alex and Andrew Bag Co. or any of its carriers.
